We would like to inform you that we generally do not offer returns unless the product is damaged or the quality does not meet your expectations.
Our ultimate goal is to offer high quality products that meet your needs. Should it nevertheless happen that a product arrives damaged or does not meet the expected quality standards, we ask that you contact us immediately.
In such cases we will be happy to process your return and either send you a replacement or offer you a refund of the purchase price. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase from us, so we're happy to help resolve any issues that may arise.

We would like to inform you that we charge a VAT rate of 7.7% on our products and services, with the exception of our merchandise items.
The VAT rate of 7.7% is applied to all regular products that you purchase from us. This amount will be shown on your invoice.
